Here at Chapmans we know the value of trust. Established as a family business in 1925, in Cradley Heath in the Black Country, West Midlands, we have been around for 90 years now. We started fitting and servicing aerials when TV was in it’s infancy in the 1950’s so we feel justified in saying Chapmans leads the field in aerial and satellite installation, maintenance and repair. Our history speaks for itself.
When we guarantee our work you can be sure that it means something and that we will still be here to honour it. We are proud of our standards, our engineers and their workmanship. All Chapmans aerial and satellite work is guaranteed, insured and fully backed by the Confederation of Aerial Installers (CAI).
Our satellite and aerial maintenance and repair service now covers most of the Birmingham and West Midlands region including neighbours like Dudley, Stourbridge, Wolverhampton, Halesowen & Brierley Hill, but also Walsall, Sutton Coldfield, Solihull, Shrewsbury and Worcester and further afield. If you’re having trouble with digital free to air TV such as Freesat, with a satellite dish or Freeview with an aerial, please call and arrange for a technician to visit.
If the weather has been bad or stormy and you’ve lost reception it’s possible your aerial or satellite dish has moved and needs realigning. If your receiver or set top box is broken or damaged we can fix that for you. If you have a complex multi satellite receiver and system, whether motorised, with a rotator, or static with multiple LNB’s it’s something we can handle.
