This is why Miele themselves feel confident enough to boast about their appliance’s  up to 20 year life span.

They simulate the effect of 5 washes per week for a 20 year period would have by running the cotton 95°C programme continuously for 10,000 hours. They test durability by opening and closing the door 60,000 times, which includes 30,000 with force. They test the drum, its axle and the bearings by running the washing machines continuously for 600 hours with an imbalanced load weighing 1.3kg. Even control panels do not escape the stringent testing and gets put through 50,000 + switch tests. All of this ensures that the extra you pay for a Miele product is money well spent.

What our Customers have to say:

The reason that I contacted Chapmans was to ascertain whether, or not, a specific product was in stock. Having already discovered a number of outlets that had it ready for dispatch, I was looking for the best deal. There were lower prices to be found elsewhere, but the best 'deal' included more than simply monetary value. The service that Lisa gives. is what provided the added value that gave me the motivation to place an order and wait for the "not in stock" item to come into stock. A family run firm will always have a vested interest in keeping customers happy, but I feel that the personal attention to detail which made me feel special, is more of a mission statement than a process of procurement of profit. Well done Lisa, well done Chapmans. Contented customers are repetitive customers. I salute you.
